   Vendor-neutral, in writing.

   We accept no commissions, referral fees, MDF, or any other compensation from any vendor we might recommend. This isn't a value statement on a website. It's a clause in every contract we sign. You can read it before you hire us.

   Fixed fees, not hourly.

   You know the cost before the work starts. Hourly billing punishes efficiency and makes clients afraid to ask a question. We scope it, we price it, we deliver it.

   Senior judgment, not junior hours.

   You work directly with the principal. There is no bench of associates learning on your engagement.

   Documented and defensible.

   Every recommendation traces back to evidence you can see, in language you can take to your board without a translator.
